Standard Check in time is at 4PM. Check out time is no later than 11AM.
Lockboxes or electronic locks will be on the door of your rental and you will be provided with check-in instructions and directions to the unit the day before your scheduled arrival.

Check In/Check Out Procedures
Upon Arrival:
1. Park in the designated parking spaces for your unit. If you have more vehicles than spaces assigned, there is overflow parking available. Any overflow parking MUST display a parking pass. Parking passes can be used in UNMARKED spaces ONLY.
2. Walk through the unit to see if there are any problems. Report any damage ASAP!
3. DO NOT move furniture
4. DO NOT exceed the maximum occupancy in your unit
5. NO SMOKING and NO PETS inside the unit
6. DO NOT bring skis/snowboards, boots, or other gear in the house.
7. Be courteous of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM.

Upon Departure:
1. Place all towels and washcloths in bathroom.
2. Turn Heat to 60 Degrees in Winter OR Turn A/C to 80 degrees in Summer
3. Turn off all lights and appliances (oven/stove, coffeemaker, toaster, fireplace, etc.)
4. If you have unlocked any windows or doors be sure they are locked upon departure
5. You must bag your garbage and take it to the dumpster. Any trash left in the unit will result in a trash removal fee of $25. If dumpster is full, please take it to another. DO NO leave trash beside the dumpster. Please see community map for dumpster locations.
6. You are responsible for doing dishes you use, including unloading the dishwasher after use. Any dishes not cleaned and put away will result in an additional cleaning fee of $25.
7. Return all keys to lockbox and leave pool pass in unit (if applicable) Any unreturned keys/pool passes will result in a $100 rekeying fee.
8. Remove all food and personal items brought with you.
9. Checkout is promptly at 11AM unless you have arranged for a late check-out. You will be charged for an additional night stay if you are not vacated by 11AM.
